Designed with Purpose. Made with Precision.
What started as a passion for 3D printing has grown into a business focused on designing, developing and manufacturing high-quality products that are made to serve a purpose.
From an Idea to a Finished Product
One of the things that sets VOLTIC 3D apart is the amount of work that happens before a product ever becomes available. An idea might start as a simple concept, a problem that needs solving, or even something that doesn't exist yet.
From there, we take that idea through the entire development process — from computer-aided design and prototyping through to material selection, testing, refinement and final production.
Some products take several prototypes and many hours of development before we're happy with the result. That's not something we see as a problem — it's part of making a product properly. We believe that if something is worth making, it's worth making right.
Designed. Engineered. Printed.
Design
Every part starts in CAD. We model directly from vehicle measurements — no guessing, no adapters. If it doesn't fit perfectly on paper, it doesn't go to print.
Engineer
We select the right material for the application — ASA for gauge holders, ASA-CF for ECU mounts, PPS-CF for high-heat environments. Material choice is engineering, not an afterthought.
Parts are printed to order on professional-grade FDM machines. No injection moulding minimums, no warehouse stock. Your part is made when you order it.
Check
Every part is inspected before it ships. Dimensional accuracy, layer adhesion, finish quality — if it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave the workshop.
The right material for the job
We don't use PLA. We don't use PETG. Every material we print is chosen for performance in an automotive environment.
UV-stable, heat-resistant, and tough. ASA handles the temperature swings inside a car cabin without warping, fading, or becoming brittle over time. It's our go-to for gauge pods and dash mounts.
Carbon-fibre reinforced ASA. Significantly stiffer and stronger than standard ASA, with a matte carbon texture finish. Used for Haltech and Powertune mounts where rigidity under vibration matters.
Polyphenylene sulphide with carbon fibre reinforcement. One of the most chemically and thermally resistant materials available for FDM printing. Used where parts are exposed to extreme heat or harsh underbonnet conditions.
